Production Time

Each PUDDARA piece is carefully handcrafted by artisans.

Because many of our products are made to order, production typically takes 5–10 business days before shipping. This allows us to create every piece with attention to detail and ensure the highest quality.

We believe in slow craftsmanship and in creating objects that carry the beauty and authenticity of 

Mediterranean tradition.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

Italy: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over €69.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and local carriers.

Handmade Products

Many PUDDARA items are handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques.

For this reason, small variations in color, glaze, shape, or texture may occur. These variations are not defects but part of the artisanal process that makes every piece unique.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returns

Because many of our products are handmade and produced on demand, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances.

Returns may be accepted for damaged or defective items.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Francesco Boria is a ceramic artisan from Caltagirone, the historic heart of Sicilian ceramics.

Each piece begins as raw clay and is shaped slowly by hand, following techniques passed down through generations.

His work reflects the rhythm of the Mediterranean: patient, imperfect, and deeply human.

The Process

  • Clay

    Raw clay is prepared by hand, becoming the starting point of each piece.

  • Shaping

    The form is shaped slowly on the wheel, where balance and proportion are defined.


  • Hand Decoration

    Traditional maiolica motifs are painted by hand with patience and precision.

  • Firing

    Through two firings, glaze and color fuse together, creating depth and luminosity.
